Preliminary notes

It is the objective of the LinkPartnerProgramm to support the intercultural exchange between German and international students at the universities of Dresden. This task becomes realized by a database-supported linking-system.

§ (1) area of application

The validity of the terms and conditions does not become influenced by the nullity of single clauses.
The consecutively listed terms and conditions regularize the relations, the rights and the duties between the users and the operator of the platform LinkPartnerProgramm. The terms and conditions are valid for the complete content and functions of the website www.linkpartnerprogramm.de and refer to the linking-system.

§ (2) parties of the terms and conditions

Operator is the studentical initiative LinkPartnerProgramm, consecutively called LPP. User is each registered person.

§ (3) utilization

§ (3.1) preconditions of utilization

The user is obliged to submit truthful data, to support other users to get a truthful imagination of the person. The operator is not liable for the trueness of the user-data, because they are submitted solely by the users.
The operator offers the service solely for private non-commercial usage. With the registration the user is obliged to use the service solely for private purpose.

§ (3.2) general utilization

The usage of the linking-services becomes conducted gratuitously for the user. The membership does not authorize demands for the linking-service or other services. The user is obliged to create his/her profile free of discriminating, salacious or other debasing contents. Each user is obliged to create just one account.

§ (3.3) end of usage

Each user is any time authorized to quit the membership without the assignment of a reason.

§(4) rights and obligations of the operator

The operator is all time authorized to delete the account of a user without the assignment of a reason. The operator is authorized to send information, also by third parties, via an optional newsletter.
